Overview
How VibeGo handles your data
Terceseht LLC (“VibeGo”, “we”, “us”) provides a mobile app and desktop extension that let you control a remote coding environment. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Scope
Where this policy applies
This policy applies to our iOS app, VS Code extension(s), websites, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Categories of data
- Account & Identity: email, display name, and identifiers from Google/Firebase Auth.
- Device & App Info: device type/OS, app version, coarse network info, crash/diagnostic data.
- Session & Tunnel Metadata: tunnel hostname/ID, timestamps, limited routing/exposed-port settings, feature flags, and status events needed to operate and secure the service.
- Usage Logs (minimized): auth successes/failures, error codes, rate-limit counters, and operational telemetry. We do not log full JWTs; we store non-reversible fingerprints or redacted tokens.
- Support Communications: messages you send to us (email or in-app).
- IDE Content: We do not intentionally collect or store the content you edit or view in your IDE. We design our systems to avoid retaining it and limit processing to transient routing. In rare cases (support you initiate, legal requirements, or automated security signals), limited handling may occur, but we do not keep readable source code.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate you and maintain sessions (access/refresh tokens).
- Operate tunnels and route requests securely.
- Prevent abuse, enforce limits, and debug incidents.
- Communicate about service updates, security, and support.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
How We Share Information
- Vendors/Processors: e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud, Cloudflare (tunneling), analytics strictly for product operation.
- Legal/Safety: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
- Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell or “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your Privacy Choices & Rights
- Access/Export/Deletion/Correction: email admin@terceseht.com from your account email with your request.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We do not change how we handle your data today in response to GPC signals because we already avoid selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you would like us to apply any additional opt-outs to your account, email admin@terceseht.com from your account email.
- Do Not Track: Browsers send DNT signals inconsistently, and we do not currently change how we handle your data in response to DNT.
- Marketing: you may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA (access, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive info, and non-discrimination). See “California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)” below.
Data Retention
We retain operational logs for the shortest time needed (generally 30–90 days) and session/tunnel metadata as long as your account is active or as required by law. We delete or de-identify data when no longer needed.
Security
We use industry-standard protections (TLS in transit, restricted key storage, least-privilege access, rate limiting). No method is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and keep devices up to date.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.
International Users
If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your data may be processed in the U.S. by our vendors. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.
California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
- Categories collected: identifiers (email), internet/network activity (service logs), device data, geolocation (coarse IP-based), and inferences only for security/abuse prevention.
- Sources: you (account/auth), your devices, our vendors.
- Business/Commercial purposes: as described in Section 3.
- Sale/Share: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Sensitive information: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by CPRA.
- Rights & Requests: email admin@terceseht.com; we will verify your request and respond within statutory timelines. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this page and revise the “Effective” date. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
