This DMCA Policy explains how to submit notifications of claimed copyright infringement and counter-notifications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. §512.

2. DMCA Takedown Notices
If you believe that content available through the services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered);
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing (or is the subject of infringing activity), and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
- Your contact information (such as address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Counter-Notifications
If you believe that material you posted or made available on the services was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which VibeGo may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or that person’s agent.
4. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, it is our policy to disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
